Right to record police officers

HB 735 establishes that it is legal in Kentucky to photograph / video an officer in the public performance of their public duties.

HB 734 establishes the right to sue for damages if any local or state official interferes with a person photographing / videoing / broadcasting an officer in the public performance of their duties.
