Kentucky House District 91

Democrat Paula Clemons-Combs and Republican Bill Wesley are running for the District 91 House seat, currently held by Democrat Cluster Howard who is not seeking re-election.

The district covers Breathitt, Estill, Lee, Owsley counties and part of Madison County.
