2021 Special Elections

There are special elections coming up soon for 51st House (Adair and Taylor counties) 89th House (Jackson and parts of Laurel and Madison counties) and 22nd Senate (Garrard, Jessamine, Mercer and Washington, part of Fayette County).

In all cases, people can vote in person November 2, 6am to 6pm or alternately the Thursday, Friday and Saturday before (Oct 28, 29, and 30).  Locations for voting will vary by county and will generally be different from your normal voting locations.

Register to vote for 2022!

April 18, 2022 is the last day to register to vote in the May 17, 2022 primary election.  Students going to school away from home have the right to use a permanent home or temporary student housing as their voting address.
