Join local chapter members and others from the community as we work together to get out the vote for the upcoming special election in House District 54 (Boyle and Casey counties)!

Land conservation advocates plan to raise awareness about the lack of funding for land conservation. Governor Bevin’s proposed budget includes severe cuts in many areas: most notably for public lands protection. During the last budget cycle, $8 million was cut from lands protection.

Join members of the Scott County chapter at our monthly meeting and potluck! We will be discussing ongoing work in the Kentucky General Assembly, voter engagement in the special election, our work in the primary election, fairness and recycling in our community, and so much more!

We hope you can join us as we remind voters in the 62nd district to vote on Tuesday March 8th! We will be gathering at the home of Mary Lou and Homer White, and canvass in the neighborhood of Indian Acres. If you're not up for canvassing, we also will be phonebanking from the White's!
