24 Hours of Justice!
Join Justice House and the Central Kentucky Chapter of Kentuckians For The Commonwealth for 24 hours of social justice! That's right: we're staying up all night for justice! CKY KFTC members Tanya and Christian Torp are opening their home for the community to come fellowship, learn, and teach one another.
The event begins at 3:40 p.m. on Friday and runs until 3:40 p.m. on Saturday to celebrate the 34th year of KFTC. Please drop in at any time of the day or night for various social justice workshops and presentations, meals, karaoke, hip-hop, creative writing, art, yoga, crafts, prayer, freedom songs, meditation, film screenings, canvassing, kids activities, and a walking tour of the East End neighborhood given by none other then neighborhood icon, Thomas Tolliver. Detailed schedule will be posted soon. Feel free to bring a sleeping bag and stay with us all night!
Community dinner will begin on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. sponsored by Bourbon and Toulouse. Heinz Breakfast begins at 9 a.m. -- 11 a.m. on Saturday morning sponsored by Justice House. Door prizes throughout the evening. All are welcome!
