KFTC Statewide Annual Membership Meeting
If you are planning to attend this year’s KFTC Annual Meeting we are so thrilled to have you! We're so glad you decided to spend the weekend gathered with other KFTC members from around the state.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for October 26 to 28 at the Kentucky Leadership Center in Jabez.
It's going to be a great weekend! We'll kick off on Friday evening with live music and a bonfire. We have a great agenda of workshops and discussions planned around our theme of "Celebrating Our Differences: Finding Common Ground." Click here to learn more about our speakers. And we've built in some free time so you can sit in the rocking chairs and visit with friends.

A couple things to note:
-
Dinner is NOT served on Friday evening and there are not restaurants nearby. Consider stopping in Somerset or Danville for a bite to eat before heading to the Leadership Center.
-
The opening session is at 9 a.m. on Saturday. We'll wrap up by 12 p.m. on Sunday. If you can join us for just one day, Saturday’s program runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an afternoon break and then an evening banquet and awards ceremony from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
-
If you can, please bring something for our silent auction! The silent auction is always a highlight of the annual meeting. It's a great place to showcase your handcrafted pieces or otherwise unique or special items. Some hot items in previous years have included hand-knitted scarves, a collection of books signed by Kentucky authors, homemade jams and jellies, and wonderful woodcrafted pieces.
-
Instead of our usual Saturday evening talent show, this year we are expanding it to include cultural sharing. You can share stories or items that are important to you culturally.
-
If you registered ahead of time but your plans change, please let us know by emailing Heather Mahoney at [email protected]. Lodging is limited at the Leadership Center, and we want to make sure we can accommodate as many people as possible. Thanks!
- If you have any questions, please feel free to call Heather Mahoney at 859-559-8439 or Carissa Lenfert at 859-893-1147.
