Legislative committee hearing on Bluegrass Pipeline

The Interim Joint Committee on Natural Resources and Environment has invited the companies developing the proposed Bluegrass Pipeline to present at its meeting on Thursday. Also invited are representatives from the Kentucky Public Service Commission and the Energy and Environmental Protection Cabinet, and Tom FitzGerald with the Kentucky Resources Council. Landowners, local officials and residents in counties along the pipeline's projected route have not been invited to speak but are hoping to do so.
