Lexington City Council Vote to Move Confederate Statues

City Council will be holding their regularly scheduled session at City Hall where a vote will be brought regarding the Mayor's decision to relocate the statues of Confederate soldiers from Cheapside. This is an incredibly important flashpoint in our fight to have these statues of traitorous men removed from our downtown area. 

We are calling ALL Take Back Cheapside supporters to action for this event. Please show up with your TBC shirts on if possible. Signage and other displays of support are welcome. If you cannot attend the event please contact your city Council representative prior to this meeting and express your desire to see the statues moved.
