The flow of ever growing amounts of money into our elections was accelerated by the U.S. Supreme Court decision Citizens United decided in 2010. The jurisprudence of the Supreme Court in that case left out the prudence!

Help us rally to support reform by calling on the Kentucky Legislature to request that Congress propose an amendment restoring equality of political rights by limiting political spending to what an average citizen can afford and by forbidding corporations from spending money to influence elections.

National momentum favors change. Change requires an amendment to the US Constitution. Let’s help Kentucky to be part of the solution. Marzian’s Resolution for a Constitutional amendment.
