Realizing Dr. King's Dream for the Beloved Community

Louisville comes together to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King's legacy and make commitments for moving forward at this unique and powerful juncture in our journey towards justice. Through the power of coming together in song and the wisdom of inspired speakers we will affirm that together we can realize Dr. King's dream for a Just and Beloved CommUnity.

This unique celebration will begin at 1 p.m. as John Gage prepares us to perform as a community choir during the remainder of the program, which begins at 1:30 p.m. Don't miss this much-needed opportunituy to harmonize together!

Confirmed speakers include Haleh Karimi (Interfaith Paths to Peace), Jessica Bellamy (Kentuckians for the Commonwealth), Mark Steiner (Peace Ed and Cultivating Connections), and filmmaker Remington Smith (Rubbertown).
