Potential Impacts of a Renewable and Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard in Kentucky

This report, released in January 2012 by the Mountain Association for Community Economic Development (MACED), predicts that Kentucky could create 28,000 jobs and curb energy costs over the next 10 years by adopting a Renewable and Efficiency Portfolio Standard, as proposed in the Clean Energy Opportunity Act.
