The public comment period is open through midnight on August 2. Written comments can be submitted to  [email protected]. Two public hearings will be held on Friday, July 14, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ET at the Center for Rural Development, 2292 South Hwy 27, Somerset, and on Monday, July 17, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ET in the Capitol Annex, 702 Capital Ave, Frankfort.
