KFTC members join historic civil rights march

KFTC members joined hundreds of others for the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s march on Frankfort.

The march and rally on March 5 in Frankfort brought marching bands, school groups, ally organizations, surviving participants of the 1964 march, and many supporters of House Bill 70.

Northern Kentucky Loves Mountains!

The Northern Kentucky chapter is having a fundraiser featuring poets Scott Goebel and Jim Webb, and musicians Kentucky Graham and the Red Cedars. All of the performers have lent their talents to the work to fight mountaintop removal mining, and are looking forward to this great event!

Members Katie and Bonnie Meyer, who own Pike Street Lounge, are hosting a euchre tournament to help benefit Kentuckians For The Commonwealth! This will be a singles tournament, so no need to bring a partner.
