In April KFTC members launched the Power House Project, an exciting effort to build New Power in every sense of the word: new economic power, new clean energy power, and new political power.

This County Power Profile provides an visual overview of local electric utilities serving Pulaski County, including energy rates, base fee, and average monthly bills. It also visualizes Pulaski County's Electricity Energy Burden, the percentage of median household income spent on electricity. This profile was used during a Power House Workshop offered by KFTC in 2018.

My Story, Our Power: How to Create a Story of Self and Build People Power

Each of us have a story to tell that reveals why we care about the social justice issues we are compelled to work on. Stories may come from personal experience, witnessing a loved one’s experience, or simply understanding that fairness is better for all of us.
