Democracy's Ghosts Showing in Bowling Green last night

last night on WKU's campus in Bowling Green. 

KFTC members who spoke included Greg Capillo, Joseph Sette, and Jerry Moody.  Joey talked about his own experiences as a former felon, while Jerry talked about his brother who was a former felon and the impact that disenfranchisement can have on families and communities.  Greg wrapped everything together urging people to get involved and to fill out postcards to Senator David Williams. 

Thanks to WKU students (particularly Greg Capillo) for bringing a great event together in the middle of finals week.  Thanks also to the Kentucky ACLU for initiating this event and making it possible.
