Final Northern KY Voter Empowerment Push
Posted by: Dave Newton on October 31, 2010 at 08:00pm
KFTC's newest chapter in Northern KY has been hitting the voter mobilization phonebanks hard and has one last big day planned tomorrow to turn people out to vote.
We are going to be calling people from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a sound car and offering rides to the polls. We are basing in Liberty Row, West Newport, giving rides to the polls, calling people in those communities, and having a sound car drive through town reminding people that it is election day. Volunteers range from high school students to retirees.
We have around 8 people signed up to volunteer thrroughout the day, but could always use more.
