March to the Mailbox - US Census
Posted by: Dave Newton on
You have until the end of the week (Friday, April 16th) to mail in your Census form if you would like to save the time of an in-person visit from a friendly Census taker coming to your home in May.
65-percent of Americans have mailed in their Census forms so far and Kentucky is beating that average at a 70% return rate so far. There's a lot of variance in Kentucky right now from county to county, with a response rates as low as 41% (Bell County) and as high as 81% (Leslie County) .
To find out how well your own county is doing, visit here.
If you didn't get a census form, you can now call to receive one or give your information directly over the phone, you can call 1-866-872-6868.
