Robert F. Kennedy Jr. testifies before House committee on Bush rule changes

In these waning days of the Bush administration, officials at the EPA have been trying to quietly change a number of administrative rule changes that would have severe detrimental effects ion the environment. The House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming has been holding hearings on these changes to bring them to light. Watch the video below of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s testimony at this hearing. He talks about these changes in the larger context of the Bush administration's war on the environment, and specifically talks about the rule changes that would lead to more mountaintop removal mining. Oh and he briefly mentions KFTC also.
