Tayna Fogle with the League of Women Voters

   Tayna Fogle visited the Kentucky League of Women Voters Meeting in Louisville earlier this week, talinkg about Restoration of Voting Rights for Former Felons. 

   She also took time to present Sheila Schuster with the "Special Friend" award from the KFTC as announced at our Annual Meeting this past weekend.

   Tayna went on that same night to talk to our friend
Lars from Sweden who is putting together a Swedish documentary about voting rights in the US, including a segment on Restoration of voting Rights for Former Felons in Kentucky.  He also interviewed Carl Matthews, talked to lots of our allies, and got footage of KFTC folks getting out and talking to people on the streets about Restoration.

   It's worth noting that this seems to be a pretty normal day for Tayna Fogle, who tirelessly speaks out for voting rights for people who have committed felonies in their past, criss-crossing the state to be at many events per week and making real connections with people everywhere she goes.
