UK KFTC's First Meeting of the Semester

Last Wednesday, students met for UK KFTC's first meeting of the semester. They reviewed their goals for the upcoming months, which include hosting a film screening of Democracy's Ghost to start a conversation about our restoration of voting rights campaign, hosting a letter-writing potluck in preparation for voting rights lobby day, working with other campus organizations to co-sponsor educational events around Islamophobia and Immigrant's Rights, and planning an event to educate students about the effects of Mountain-Top Removal.
