UK Students Bring on the New Power
Posted by: Dave Newton on October 12, 2010 at 08:00pm
UK KFTC Members have hit the ground running on the New Power Pledge Campus Challenge, posting flyers, tapping their networks on Facebook, and canvassing campus for New Power Pledge signers.
Earlier this week, a team brought in a stack of 60 New Power pledge signatures in one day and there has already been a lot of great ground work - just 3 days into our New Power Campus Challenge.
And tonight, after their weekly meeting, they had a New Power Party, complete with pizza, music and a strobe light (not pictured).
Here are some pictures from the gathering today, and just a little of their recent ground work.
UK KFTC meets every Wednesday at 7pm in UK Student Center room 111. Feel free to come join us next week.
