_____________
Two miners are missing after a roof collapsed in a Western Kentucky mine Wednesday night. A section of roof gave way some 24,000 feet underground at the Webster County Coal Dotiki mine, owned by Alliance Coal Company. The missing miners were operating a continuous miner, a machine that digs for coal, when the roof gave way. Rescue crews were on the scene Thursday searching for the workers.
