You're Invited - KFTC Member-Exchange to Lexington
KFTC Member Exchanges are opportunities to bring members from all across the state to visit one of the communities we organize in to meet people and learn from eachother. We'll gather for a program from 8pm to 10pm on Friday night to learn about local Lexington community issues, the campaign to restore voting rights to former felons, Lexington African American history, local youth organizing, and more! On Saturday, we'll participate in the Lexington Roots and Heritage Festival, tabling, registering people to vote, and getting people to sign petitions about Restoration of Voting Rights for Former Felons. This is a really great event that members from across the state last year really loved.
Please contact your local organizer and ask about the carpool from your area to this event!
