Tips for Good Listening

Listening helps makes our conversations meaningful. Listening is also one of those things (like driving) where 90% of all people think they are in the top 10% of all listeners. Even the best listeners can use a little refocusing now and then.  Here are some helpful reminders of skills that help us become better listeners.
