State of the Commonwealth and Budget Address
Gov. Bevin will address a joint session of the State House of Representatives and State Senate to deliver a joint State of the Commonwealth and Budget address. In this speech, we expect to hear what Bevin's top priorities are for the year as well as learn about some key elements of the budget that he will have released earlier that day.

Smart leaders would be looking to get Kentucky a bigger piece of the job growth in renewable energy and efficiency programs.
Bevin should fight for voting rights
Gov. Matt Bevin’s legal reasoning may have been fuzzy, but his moral obligation is now clear: When the legislature convenes, the new Republican governor must overcome roadblocks within his party to restoring the voting rights of felons who have paid their debts to society.
