Last Tuesday's House Elections and Constitutional Amendments Committee (where our bill to restore voting rights to former felons who have served their debt to society passed) is now online.


In the committee, HB 70 enjoyed particularlybroad support with Democrats and Republicans in the legislature both testifying to its need and supporters in the crowd from KFTC, NAACP, Kentucky Tea Party groups, and more.
