So – if it’s in the Senate, is it still called HB 70?

It's a procedural question we've gotten a lot lately. The short answer is Yes.
HB 70 (House Bill 70 - our proposed constitutional amendment to restore voting rights to former felons automatically when they've served their debt to society) passed the House 83-14 on Thursday an it's now in the Senate. So when you call your Senator please ask them to "support HB 70." They won't be able to sign on as a co-sponsor of the bill, but we do need to be able to count on their "yes" votes.
