Voting Rights Lobby Day and Rally

Kentuckians For The Commonwealth and allies will be having a lobby day and rally focused on voting rights for former felons, and the need to build a fully integrated democracy.

Wednesday, January 15
8:45 a.m. to Noon - Meet in Capitol Annex Room 113
1 p.m. Rally in the Capitol Rotunda

The day will begin at 8:45 a.m with lobby orientation in Capitol Annex Room 113. Many people will be orienting and doing trainings from that room until 12 pm, and lobby teams will be meeting with legislators from 9 till 12:30. 

Folks are encouraged to enjoy lunch at their own pace between 11:30 and 1, but the rally will be beginning promptly at 1 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda. Speakers will include former felons and others passionate about building the democracy Kentuckians deserve.
