Abandon Mined Lands (AML) Webinar | Kentuckians For The Commonwealth

Abandon Mined Lands (AML) Webinar

At 7:00 pm we'll hear from Eric Dixon and Kendall Bilbrey, two Appalachian Transition Fellows researching ways Abandoned Mine Lands funds could be used to help economic development in mine-affected regions, including how these plans are part of the White House's POWER+ plan and could be used within Kentucky's SOAR initiative. After they share what they've learned, we'll have a short discussion about what ideas what the presentation sparked and some possible next steps.
